Initially approved to ISO9001:2008, we have since transitioned to the 2015 standard, which has benefited our organisation and our clients by adding more planning and performance measures into our quality system to prevent issues from arising further down the line. Our ISO Certification is focused for customer satisfaction & continued improvement of our processes to ensure the very highest standards in the industry.
We understand an airlines operation continuation can largely depend on the reliability of its suppliers & stock that its suppliers has to offer, that is why we are committed to ensure we have the correct certification & traceability documents readily available upon any request we receive. These documents are mainly from airlines or OEMs.
All of our stock is stored in a temperature & humidity-controlled environment which is consistently monitored to ensure our products meet the requirements set by the manufacturer. We also have stringent processes in place to ensure that our suppliers have the same values of stock care prior to any purchase to ensure the stock is obtained to the quality that we offer it to our customers.
Although our ISO9001:2015 system is already working to FAA Advisory AC 00-56B, we have plans to have quality processes verified under the Aviation Suppliers Association-100 (ASA-100) quality management accreditation.
